Holiday madness

Earlier in the week I was feeling all warm and fuzzy about the holidays, having gotten through a good part of our holiday shopping. With a toddler and a baby. The internet is a wonderful thing - we ordered a bunch of stuff online and were surprised to see everything delivered so quickly. Which by far beats having to compete with all the crowds in store. With a toddler and a baby.

I'm proud to say that it's also been about three weeks now that we have been going out with a single stroller for Noah, no stroller for Caleb. I'm so proud of my little bugger - he's such a great toddler.

Even today, braving the grocery store for an excruciating hour to get a few bare essentials to get us through till Boxing Day... It was torture for ME... let alone my sweet little Noah sitting in the grocery cart smiling at strangers and Caleb attempting to keep himself from exploding with boredom while we were waiting for twenty minutes just to get to the cashier. But we made it! Bring on the holidays! And now we will stay far, far away from any store until after the holidays, only when we run out of milk and bread.

Good for you! You should be

Good for you! You should be very proud of yourself and your monkeys!

And yeah, bread and milk... that's what Mac's Milk is for. *grin* (I swear, sometimes it's worth paying more to avoid the Loblaws parking lot.)
